Job summary

ViTrox Corporation Berhad in Penang invites a self-driven procurement executive to join our team. You will source direct and indirect materials, negotiate best price and payment terms, and coordinate timely deliveries with suppliers to avoid shortages.

Working closely with internal departments and suppliers, you will monitor purchases, manage supply chain tasks, and analyze cost reduction and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Operation Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Technology Management or equivalent.
• Preferably 1–2 years of purchasing/buyer experience in machinery or electronic manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Purchasing/Inventory/Material and Warehouse Management is a plus.
• Self-starter with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Key Qualifications:

• A recognized Diploma/Degree in Operation Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Technology Management or equivalent education.
• Preferably 1 - 2 years related working experience in purchasing/buyer in the machinery / electronic manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge in Purchasing/Inventory/Material (Electronics & Mechanical) and Warehouse Management is an added advantage
• Self-starter and good in communication/negotiation skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
