Your Role

As a Procurement Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving our procurement strategies and ensuring the seamless delivery of materials for our projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing innovative, cost-effective procurement strategies.
  • Identifying and partnering with trustworthy vendors and suppliers.
  • Negotiating contracts and finalizing purchase details, including orders and deliveries.
  • Analyzing and preparing procurement plans for project materials, tracking progress from Purchase Order (PO) issuance to delivery.
  • Ensuring compliance with client and company requirements while sourcing materials from approved vendors.
  • Formulating procurement schedules aligned with overall EPC contract timelines.
  • Managing spend and fostering a culture of long-term cost savings.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Proven track record in supplier management and procurement strategies.
What We’re Looking For
  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. An engineering background is a plus.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in the petrochemical, oil, and gas industry. Experience in oil & gas refining and pipeline projects is highly preferred.
  • Language: Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Junior to senior-level candidates are welcome to apply. Leadership experience as a Procurement Manager or Head of Procurement is a plus.
