Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate and execute purchasing activities for products and materials sourced from China and local supplier.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Monitor shipment schedules and liaise with logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Track and maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and contract agreements.
  • Assist in evaluating supplier performance and sourcing new vendors when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal department to ensure purchasing needs are met.
  • Support in resolving any procurement-related issues or discrepancies.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelorâs Degree in Supply Chain, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong Mandarin skills are also encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
