Job description
Responsibilities
  • PR Review: Pick up internal low-value purchase requests (PR) below 10k USD or PRs that can be covered by the procurement framework.
  • Review PR to ensure the purchasing items/services and the budget are reasonable and that all necessary information is correct, including supplier onboarding status, whether signing a contract is required, category, unit price, total amount, region address, and other details within 2 days (Remarks).
  • According to PR content, verify if the request can be made through the key supplier (a provided key supplier list) and invite the supplier to reply to the quotation (only for below 10k USD and not covered by the framework).
  • Supplier selection and cost evaluation: For below 10k BCL, buyers need to confirm that the quote is authentic, and the price is not out of (or beyond) common sense, and record in the system.
Qualifications
  • Educational & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 1 year of procurement experience.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong English skills at CEFR B1/B2 level or higher, with proficiency in reading, writing (business level), listening, and speaking for daily communication.
  • Key Attributes: Highly responsible, self-motivated, and open to challenges. Must have excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a strong commitment to personal and company growth.
  • Technical Skills: Prior experience with OA systems, Ariba, Coupa, and SAP is an advantage.
