Responsibilities
- Handle procurement of raw materials, components, equipment, and supplies. 负责原材料、零件、设备及其他物资的采购。
- Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery and compliance with contractual terms. 发出采购订单,确保交期及时、合同条款执行到位。
- Supplier Management: Evaluate, select, and develop new suppliers. 评估、选择并开发新的供应商。
- Negotiate price, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contractual conditions. 与供应商洽谈价格、付款方式、交货时间及其他合同条款。
- Maintain positive relationships and resolve supplier-related issues promptly. 维护良好的供应商关系,及时解决合作中出现的问题。
- Quality and Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular supplier audits and performance evaluations. 定期开展供应商审核与绩效评估。
- Support and follow up on continuous improvement initiatives. 协助推进供应商质量持续改进工作。
- Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise with engineering, quality, planning, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing. 与技术、质量、计划、仓库等部门协调,确保采购流程顺畅高效。
- Assist in resolving material shortages and urgent procurement needs. 协助处理物料短缺及紧急采购事务。
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare procurement analysis and supplier performance reports. 编制采购分析报告和供应商绩效评估汇报。
- Ensure procurement documents comply with IATF 16949 automotive quality management system standards. 确保采购相关文件符合汽车行业 IATF 16949 管理体系要求。
Requirements 任职要求
- At least 3 years of relevant purchasing experience, preferably in manufacturing or international sourcing. 至少三年相关采购经验,有制造业或国际采购经验者优先。
- Solid understanding of procurement processes, contract terms, and supply chain operations. 熟悉采购流程、合同条款及供应链运作。
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage. 熟练使用 Microsoft Office,熟悉 ERP 系统者优先。
- Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills. 具备良好的谈判、沟通与协调能力。
- Highly responsible, fast learner, and able to work independently. 责任心强,学习能力快,能独立完成任务。
- Language: Fluent in both Mandarin and English (for communication with Chinese and international suppliers). 语言要求:中英文流利,能够与国内外供应商有效沟通。
