Job description

Procurement Assistant (Fresh Graduate in Engineering/Procurement)

Assist in managing the Contract List and Data Collection requested by CGNEI, including submission on a monthly basis.

List all new contracts above LTC level using the provided template.

Collect data and extract contracts with purchase values above RMB 1 million from the contract list.

Assist in creating Purchase Orders, SES, GRN, parking invoices via SAP and manual processes, including updating the HQ PO issuance master list and archiving.

Ensure the procurement cycle from Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) obtains internal approval and is properly executed.

Assist in updating purchasing records, data, and pricing in the system. Responsible for preparing and processing purchase orders and related documents.

Assist in coordinating Tender Committee Meetings and Monthly Meetings, including Minutes of Meeting (MoM).

Manage all Group Procurement documentation and records, including contract documents.

Assist in procurement system management such as Procuhere, Teams, and SharePoint.

Extract data from systems for analysis purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Experienced Graduate Diploma, or equivalent in any field.
  • Minimum of 1 year working experience in a related field.
  • Good communication skills in both oral and written English.
  • Team player with good planning and organizational skills.
  • Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and SAP MM module.
  • Able to work independently under tight deadlines.
