Job description

Role Summary: Provides operational and administrative support to the VMO. Maintains vendor data, supports contract execution workflows, and coordinates onboarding and renewal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain vendor contract repository and update lifecycle statuses.
  • Coordinate onboarding documentation, due diligence forms, and NDAs.
  • Track expiry, renewal, and termination timelines across vendor contracts.
  • Support vendor review meetings and minutes documentation.
  • Ensure proper handover between procurement, legal, and technology owners.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in procurement or contract admin.
  • Strong organizational skills and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system familiarity.
