Education Requirements:

Bachelor Degree or above in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Language Requirements:

Fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Job Description:

Develop and implement a procurement strategy that is consistent with the company's goals and budget requirements.

Identify, evaluate, and recruit reliable suppliers, negotiate favorable terms and conditions.

Contract management and supplier performance evaluation.

Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with stakeholders to predict demand, and plan procurement activities accordingly.

Assess and manage procurement risks, and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.

Optimize the procurement process, enhance operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and comply with applicable regulations.

Collaborate with cross functional teams such as finance, operations, and quality assurance to ensure seamless procurement operations.

Continuously monitor industry trends, market conditions, and technological progress, identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
