Lead and manage production operations during assigned shifts by coordinating daily schedules, overseeing workflows, and ensuring efficient milk processing using equipment such as pasteurizers, homogenizers, and UHT systems.

Ensure strict compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP), company policies, and hygiene protocols while maintaining accurate production records, including batch details and shift reports.

Oversee quality control processes to ensure all products meet regulatory and company standards, promptly identifying and troubleshooting operational issues to minimize downtime.

Supervise, train, and motivate production staff to enhance team performance, support skill development, and conduct effective shift handovers with clear communication across teams and management.

Collaborate with maintenance and quality assurance teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives, manage raw material inventory, and ensure a steady supply to the filling lines while optimizing productivity and reducing waste.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of working experience in any food manufacturing industry, with a degree or equivalent qualification.

Experience in dairy food processing and manufacturing operations.

Ability to operate food processing machinery, including conducting troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and cleaning.

Knowledge of quality control procedures and hygiene standards.

Familiarity with industry standards and practices such as GMP, HACCP, ATEX, 5S, Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Preventive Maintenance (PM), HIRADC, LOTO/LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
