Job Descriptions:

• Supervise and ensure smooth daily operations of the processing plant.
• Monitor production schedules to meet output and quality targets.
• Maintain quality assurance protocols to meet product standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Oversee production staff, including training and performance evaluation.
• Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficiency solutions.
• Minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.
• Prepare production reports, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
• Work closely with procurement, logistics, and other departments to align operations.

Job Requirements:

• A degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Production Management, or related fields is preferred but not required.
• 3 years in production or operations management, preferably in a processing plant.
• Open to candidates from other industries with transferable skills and a willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of production planning and quality management systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
