Job Responsibilities
  • Instructing new hire and conducting process specific training.
  • Conducting refresher/ corrective trainings.
  • To implement the training curriculum successfully and in a timely manner.
  • Developing training content.
  • Review existing training materials and make revisions, as necessary, as per instructional design.
  • Develop classroom agenda, timelines and content flow as necessary to deliver effective training to participants.
  • Monitor progress of new hires during the 0 to 30 Calendar days post classroom.
  • Monitor calls and provide feedback to the agents on the floor.
  • Familiarity with project specific technology.
  • To interact with Clients effectively.
  • Generate training reports.
  • Giving structured feedback.
  • Complete daily training administrative work such as tracking of student data, timekeeping, and other administrative tasks as required in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in training design as per the Instructional Design Team.
  • Hold calibration sessions to ensure standardization of the learning systems.
  • To collaborate with the Instructional Design, Quality, and Performance Consulting teams to achieve classroom innovation.
  • To contribute towards building an excellent training delivery team.
  • People Management/ People Development.
Requirements

Preferable to have knowledge who have manage Airlines/ Travel Background client

  • Team player, multi-tasker, high attention to details, strong follow up and a great memory.
  • Has excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Other key management attributes & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as agreed.
