Process Technician

Job Responsibilities

1. Facilitate the coordination of different production processes in the workshop.
2. Develop and execute product verification plans, gather and organize verification data, provide timely feedback on trial production results, and summarize key findings.
3. Conduct training on workshop management documents and ensure employees are tested on critical knowledge and skills.
4. Assist the workshop director in maintaining process discipline and cleanliness, monitor production quality, and ensure product standards are met.
5. Draft and review the workshop's process regulations and SOPs, organize production activities according to approved processes and company guidelines, and ensure strict adherence to production procedures and hygiene protocols. Evaluate changes to products, processes, or equipment, and report and investigate all production deviations with documented conclusions for significant issues.
6. Assist in preparing, issuing, and reviewing specific work instruction tasks for the workshop.
7. Understand the principles and operation of workshop equipment, analyze, and enhance product adaptability to the equipment.
8. Stay at the monitoring station unless authorized to leave; in case of equipment, instrument, or process issues, immediately notify maintenance personnel for repair.
9. Distribute and collect batch records and auxiliary documentation, collaborate with the process statistician to organize, review, and submit workshop batch and auxiliary records.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree or above in Chemical Engineering with more than 3 years of experience in manufacturing or the chemical industry.
• Good communication skills, work experience, professional skills, and planning abilities.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Mandarin is preferred.
