Job description

Participate in new product trials, testing, and handling routine process quality issues based on the R&D department’s work plan.

Review and approve SOPs for trials and assist in follow-up implementation.

Inspect on-site production process status and assist in production data collection and measurement.

Optimize and improve current processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Any other ad hoc jobs as required by the supervisor from time to time.

Job Requirements:

College degree or above, preferably in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical and electronic engineering, etc.

Able to assist engineers in process improvement work, product testing, SOP drafting, and fixture/assembly support.

Familiar with material basics, safety instructions, and basic pre-processing and manufacturing techniques.

Proficient in 2D/3D drawing software, preferably AUTOCAD/SOLIDWORKS or equivalent.

Proficiency in English is a plus.
