About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Technician to join our dynamic team at TDK-Lambda Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Senai, Johor. As a full-time Process Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing facilities.

What you'll be doing

Assist in carrying out and report compilation on the investigations of problems encountered in production process.

Assist the daily production technical support and overall yield & quality improvement program.

Perform the schedule preventive maintenance onto tools and equipment’s use in production floor to ensure a safe operational condition and trouble-free.

Assist superior in new equipment, tools, materials or process technology evaluations as well as buy-off line configuration and layout plan.

Carry out routine maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Assist in periodical preventive and corrective maintenance and keep tract on spare part control.

Assist in product proto / pilot run as well as design reviews for current and newmodel produced.

Feedback daily technical problem to engineer.

Maintain and practice good housekeeping and component inventory.

What we're looking for

Minimum qualification of Diploma or certificate in Electrical/ Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.

Minimum 1 year working experience as a Process Technician or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry

Experience in electronic manufacturing will be added advantage.

Fundamental Process Knowledge on Wave Soldering Machine Operation.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with cross-functional departments

Fresh graduate will also be considered.
