Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Department within semiconductor or related industry.
• Basic knowledge of quality control methodologies including FMEA, SPC, 8D, and 5 Whys.
• Fluency in Mandarin required to liaise with HQ in China.

What You Will Do

1. Coordinate troubleshooting of process issues and yield losses across manufacturing lines.
2. Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Develop and implement quality control procedures, specifications, checklists, reports, and related documentation.
4. Conduct internal audits to ensure process compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
5. Review and revise product and process specifications as necessary to meet quality and customer requirements.
6. Review Statistical Process Control (SPC) indicators and coordinate appropriate action plans for any out-of-control conditions.
7. Prepare and present weekly and monthly quality performance reports.
8. Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

What We Want from You

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial) or a related technical field.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and core quality tools such as APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan.
• Familiar with quality methodologies including FMEA, SPC, 8D, and 5 Whys.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Quality Department within the semiconductor, electronics, or related manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a strong commitment to quality assurance.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is required to liaise with HQ in China.
