• Prepare professional construction plans; carry out technical disclosure and on‑site quality management.
• Skilled use of CAD; draw changes and modifications; complete as‑built drawings.
• Review monthly completed subcontract project quantities.
• Accounting drawings and materials, and submit procurement plans.
• Material inspection and data submission.
• Manage the subcontracting team and coordinate construction work.
• Conduct construction quality inspections; enforce timely process control.
• Solve technical problems in construction.
• Timely report major problems of the process pipeline.
