Job summary

A leading company in the aerospace and composite industry is seeking a manufacturing professional to lead process improvement initiatives. The role requires expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies along with strong analytical and communication skills. You will collaborate with various teams to optimize workflows and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing, preferably in process improvement, production, or quality roles.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Yellow Belt certification is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes and shopfloor operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma/DMAIC methodologies.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and provide actionable insights through reports.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Practical knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma tools (5S, SMED, VSM, PFMEA, SPC).

Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) or equivalent.

Six Sigma Green Belt or Yellow Belt certification is a plus.

Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Hands on experience with manufacturing processes and shopfloor operations.

Job Responsibilities

Lead process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma/DMAIC methodologies.

Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Conduct Genba walk-throughs to identify workflow and material flow optimizations.

Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and provide actionable insights through reports.

Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.

Facilitate Lean culture via training sessions and continuous improvement activities.
