Job Summary

The Process Governance & Performance Assistant Manager makes performance and decisions visible and auditable — establish a periodic governance cadence, maintain dashboards and the benefits register, and keep risks and exceptions under control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and lead the monthly Process Steering cadence — publish pre-reads, decisions, and exception logs on time.
  • Build and maintain the KPI Tree and KPI Dictionary; ensure ownership, publish dashboards, and manage the Benefits Register and Baseline Assessments to support operational performance measurement.
  • Design and document data flows, and maintain dashboard data lineage and consistency in process measurements.
  • Provide governance guidance to operational areas; run a regular process and procedure review cycle; raise gaps with owners and support corrective actions.
  • Maintain risk and control tags within processes, ensuring approved exceptions are recorded and traceable.
  • Ensure clear and consistent stakeholder communications.
  • Track standardization changes to confirm every approved change is measured and visible.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years’ working experience, with exposure in retail, store, distribution center (DC), or logistics preferred.
  • Proficient in dashboarding and business intelligence (BI) tools.
  • Experienced in Kanban/pipeline creation and portfolio tracking.
  • Strong discipline in driving meetings to outcomes, including decision and exception logging.
  • Skilled in KPI Dictionary management.
  • Knowledgeable in benefit tracking and assessment fundamentals.
  • Capable of conducting data quality checks and basic data modeling for KPIs.
  • Strong in documentation practices and disciplined in change control.
  • Effective at stakeholder management across functions, with a service-oriented mindset.
