Job description

Summary:

The project involves reviewing attributes for features in the Largest Technology giant Maps. The team is expected to follow specific policy guidelines, meet quality and productivity standards, and ensure zero escalations.

Core Competencies:

  • Excellent written, reading, and spoken communication skills in English and Mandarin (required). Additional Cantonese language skills and understanding of local culture are preferable.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Review listings to verify and ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.
  • Analyze data, moderate reviews, correct relevant data, and resolve user reports and queries.
  • Perform basic listing reviews and verifications.
  • Identify spam trends and escalate to relevant teams.
  • Adhere to quality metrics and strive to exceed monthly and annual targets.
  • Gather information through outbound calls to businesses.
  • Collaborate with Team Leads effectively.
