A leading company in the beverage industry is seeking a Process Executive to optimize production processes and ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant engineering degree and experience in the food and beverage sector, focusing on capital projects and team training. This role offers an opportunity to lead process improvement initiatives and contribute to the company's mission of delivering high-quality products while fostering positive change within the industry.

Achieve production targets in terms of output, quality, OEE, and productivity index.
Establish SOPs for the proper operation of production equipment and process consistency, and communicate updates to other departments, including QA, Production, and Maintenance.
Provide technical solutions to resolve process challenges and propose process optimization strategies to Management.
Lead process improvement projects, conduct production process trials, analyze data, and make recommendations to optimize output and achieve business objectives.
Train the production team, including operators, supervisors, QA/QC, and maintenance personnel, on key operating parameters of process equipment and control systems.
Onboard new customers based on machine capability and conduct necessary trial runs on the line.
Lead and collaborate with the technical team to install and start up process equipment and control systems for manufacturing lines (solid and liquid).
Review and update all relevant engineering documents, including but not limited to PFDs, P&IDs, datasheets, specifications, and equipment lists, to ensure the information is current.
Must have experience managing successful capital projects, including cost, schedule, resources, and execution.
Perform other ad-hoc responsibilities as needed.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Postgraduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Process, Mechanical, Food) or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in the food and beverage industry is required for this position.
Good knowledge of unit operations, FSSC 22000, and equipment commissioning is an added advantage.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to execute projects in a timely manner.
Specialized in Engineering, Project Management, and Continuous Improvement methods.
