Responsibilities

• Own and manage wet process operations; monitor and drive Cp/Cpk to >1.33 and sustain improvements.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process optimization and manufacturing goals.

Qualifications

• Preferably wet process experience with at least 3 years.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of automation systems, PLC programming, or robotics.
• Familiarity with safety and compliance standards.
• Ability to work flexible shifts (normal/XY or 12-hour shift).
