Responsibilities and requirements for the role are listed below.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and executing engineering change processes across product lines
• Ensure accurate report and documentation
• Timely implementation of engineering changes in accordance with company and industry standards
• Manage end to end ECN Process, including creation, review, approval, release, and implementation of engineering changes
• Cross functional coordination with Engineering, Production, Quality, and other departments to assess and communicate the impact of proposed changes
• Ensure the engineering documentation (eg. drawings, BOM, specifications) reflects approved changes
• Track and report ECN metrics such as turnaround time, backlog and implementation status

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• At least 1 year of related working experience in manufacturing environment
• Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English and ability to communicate, read and write in Mandarin (to liaise with China counterpart)
