Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience leading teams and working cross-functionally.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or contract manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Process Engineering department to achieve efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Direct technicians on lines and guide actions to optimize machine and process performance.
• Provide training on equipment maintenance, process optimization, and PD tooling.
• Develop and implement procedures ensuring operational excellence across plants.
