Job summary

Qualifications

• MS/BS in Chemical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Chemistry & Physics or related fields.
• Strong teamwork, independence, resourcefulness and willingness to learn new skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Sustain production line, SPC/FDC monitoring, CPK improvement and troubleshooting support for process and tool issues.
• Support CIP (continuous improvement) to improve process robustness, cost and capacity efficiency.
• Develop new process recipes for new or existing technologies.
• Improve process performance using big data analytics and structured problem solving.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, fabs and suppliers for best-known-method convergence on recipes, materials and automation.
• Support production ramp by process qualification and tool releases.
• Provide training to Associate Engineers to support day‑to‑day operations.
• Opportunity for job rotation and overseas assignments.
• Opportunity to file patents and present technical papers at seminars.
