Technical Support: Troubleshoot technical-related issues and provide solutions to on-hold quality materials.
Product Quality: Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure production follows product work instructions and update related SOPs.
Production Support: Provide technical support to manufacturing teams, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, and minimize downtime.
New Product Introduction (NPI): Assist Engineering in the smooth introduction of new products into production, including process development, tooling, and documentation.
Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis and make recommendations for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Documentation: Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
Perform engineering drawing translation from Mandarin to English.
Health and Safety: Ensure that manufacturing processes adhere to health and safety regulations and best practices.
