Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Jobbuilder Sdn Bhd (JTKSM143B) seeks a manufacturing/process engineer in Kulai, Johor to monitor PCBA and box build assembly, ensure compliance and drive improvements.

You will document processes, lead non-conformances, prepare PFMEA and OCAP, analyze data, and train operators to boost productivity.

A degree in engineering with 2 years of PCBA experience is required; IPC-610 knowledge is a plus; SMT equipment knowledge is optional.

• Degree in engineering with at least 2 years in PCBA and box build assembly processes.
• Knowledge in statistics and lean.
• IPC-610 knowledge is an advantage.
• SMT equipment knowledge is optional.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product assembly processes and compliances.
• Monitor and report on product process issues and achievement.
• Initiate continuous improvement activity on product and process.
• Product assembly work instruction and documentation including Process Flow, PFMEA, PMP and OCAP.
• Process evaluation and manage non-conformance control in manufacturing line.
• Initiate investigation report (example 8D report) with MLBU team members to identify root causes and actions to improve product and process reliability.
• Analyze statistical data and initiate counter measures for improvement and productivity.
• Provide technical knowledge transfer/training to operational personnel.
• Monitor and report yield achievement and losses to internal and external customer.
• Design product production layout, assembly fixture including stencil.

About you
