Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or relevant field).
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing process and perform continuous improvement process.
• Execute daily machine checklist and preventive maintenance.
• Carry out wet scrubber performance monitoring.
• Conduct regular maintenance schedule.
• Establish safety procedures and work instruction for employees.
• Perform troubleshooting and analyzing when abnormalities are encountered.
• Responsible for handling duties as competent person for CePSO and CePBFO.
• Ensure safety, health and environment policy execution.
• Operate and maintain high-capacity steam boilers per Boilerman Grade 1 standards.
• Monitor boiler systems including pressure, temperature, and water levels.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory boiler requirements.
• Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and improve operation effectiveness.
• Implement cost reduction initiatives to enhance competitiveness.
• Optimize manpower and update workers' capabilities.
• Provide support to production and quality issue resolution.
• Experience in process design basis, philosophies, equipment specs and sizing.
• Prepare technical proposals including equipment specification, costing and drawings.
