Celestica Inc. is seeking an Engineer, Manufacturing Process in Kulim, Malaysia. The role focuses on designing and implementing manufacturing processes to support customer products, with emphasis on data-driven improvements and reliability.

The candidate will work with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment and processes on site. Typically 1–3 years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree are required.

Formación

• Bachelor degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years of related manufacturing/process engineering experience.
• Experience with design of experiments and statistical methods is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes to support customer products.
• Develop software tools for complex machines and manufacturing processes.
• Execute processes with equipment capability analysis and DoE to optimize resources, throughput, and costs.
