Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial) is required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in process or manufacturing engineering.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma / Lean manufacturing and problem-solving with statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Work in production line to support and implement validation for NPI and process changes.
• Conduct engineering studies and builds to consolidate process data for analysis and recommendations.
• Conduct DMAIC for continuous improvement of product quality and scrap reduction.
• Standardize machine-to-machine process analysis to optimize machine performance.
• Conduct certification to operators to meet TPM and competence requirements.
• Review material flow to optimize movement and MES use in production.
