Job Responsibilities
  • Provide production technical guidance to ensure smooth operations.
  • Analyze and control process abnormalities, and develop preventive measures.
  • Create and maintain process workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Identify product, process, or quality defects and track improvement actions.
  • Perform maintenance and upkeep of related production equipment.
  • Lead technical support and follow-up during PP (Pilot Production) and MP (Mass Production) phases.
  • Monitor key reports from maintenance, production, and QC to identify and solve potential issues.
  • Assess tooling/fixture needs, propose procurement or design solutions, and manage equipment.
  • Drive continuous improvement of products and processes.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Electronics, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a PE or maintenance role within an electronics manufacturing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to analyze sudden process abnormalities and provide solutions.
  • Familiarity with production, maintenance, and QC reporting.
  • Experience in new product introduction (NPI) and technical data handover for pilot production.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, with strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and support production needs, including occasional travel.
