Job summary

Enovix Malaysia is seeking a process engineering professional to develop and optimize manufacturing processes, analyze performance data, and implement quality control plans. The role emphasizes DOE-driven experiments, SPC development, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve design and product goals.

The candidate will work with cross-functional teams in a structured environment, performing root-cause analysis and maintaining documentation in line with QMS requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holders with strong analytical capabilities and data-driven mindset.
• Experience applying SPC, DOE, FMEA and 8D methodologies to process problems.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop process that achieves product performance goals by understanding the design space and design trade-offs.
• Design and run DOE-based experiments on Enovix test vehicles to meet company technology roadmap.
• Analyze and summarize performance metrics via data analysis tools such as JMP.
• Develop SPC for critical process parameters and establish Process Capability (Cpk); perform FMEA and root cause analysis when necessary.
• Create and execute project plans and drive projects to completion on schedule; deliver data-driven analyses and maintain QMS documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop process that achieves product performance goals by understanding the design space, and systematically working through design trade-offs Design and run well-designed experiments based on DOE methodologies on Enovix test vehicles to meet company technology roadmap
• Analyze and summarize performance metrics via data analysis tools such as JMP
• Develop SPC for critical process parameters and establish Process Capability (Cpk) Perform FMEA and root cause analysis when necessary to achieve design and product goals
• Create and execute project plans and drive projects to completion on schedule Deliver final product, data driven analyses on schedule and effectively communicate the results to various stakeholders Create and maintain Work Instructions, OCAP, FMEA and Control Plan documents as per QMS requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering Demonstrated capability to effectively analyze process data and extract/summarize meaningful information required Self-motivated and demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams to solve complex multi-disciplinary problems required Knowledge with SPC, DOE, FMEA and 8D methodologies.
• Demonstrated creative and critical thinking ability and attention to detail is highly desired Good interpersonal skills.
