Job description

1、设计并优化光纤跳线、MPO连接器的生产工艺流程。Design and optimize the production process of fiber optic patch cords and MPO connectors

2、负责光器件产品工艺技术方案制定与工艺流程改进，工艺技术支撑及维护； Responsible for the formulation of process technology solutions and process flow improvement for optical device products, as well as process technology support and maintenance;

3、负责光器件研发和生产过程中工艺技术问题分析及解决； Responsible for the analysis and solution of process technology problems in the R&D and production process of optical devices;

4、严格执行质量管理规范，提出改善器件工艺，提高产品良率，降低生产成本。 Strictly implement quality management standards, propose improvements in device technology, increase product yield, and reduce production costs.

5、主导生产线技术问题分析，提出改进方案并推动实施。Lead the analysis of technical problems of production lines, propose improvement plans and promote their implementation

6、编制标准化作业指导书（SOP）及工艺文件（中英双语） 。Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and process documents (in Chinese and English)

7、新产品试产及工艺验证 Trial production of new products and process verification

8、监控产品质量指标，运用SPC等工具进行制程能力分析。Monitor product quality indicators and use SPC and other tools to analyze process capability

9、培训生产团队掌握核心工艺技术 。Train the production team to master core process technology

任职要求Job Requirements ：

1、大专及以上学历； BSc（Hons）Degree or above;

2、了解光器件工艺技术或实习经验者优先； Those who are familiar with optical device process technology or have internship experience are preferred;

3、具有较强的沟通能力和问题分析能力，工作态度积极主动，责任心强，有团队合作精神；Have strong communication and problem analysis skills, proactive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and team spirit;

4、专业方向：光学类、电子信息类、通信类、物理类、微电子类等； Professional fields: optics, electronic information, communications, physics, microelectronics, etc.
