Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply

1. Support station setup, process setting, skill training, production management, and related resource coordination during project transfer.

2. Provide process technical support to suppliers, including engineering resource training, anomaly analysis, and process improvement.

3. Responsible for production line quality control, follow-up on related improvements, and development and implementation of quality audit plans.

4. Periodically evaluate product reliability to ensure the stability of the production process.

5. Review and approve related product WOI, WR, test templates, and EDT data.

6. Follow up on plant COPQ, IPQC issues, QN analysis, and implement effective measures.

7. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
