Process Engineer (Fan Out)

Responsibilities:

1. Set-up Fan Out process for qualifications and LBM.
2. Install equipment and setup process condition.
3. Perform process buy-off and release.
4. Set-up FDC and SPC for process window.

Experience in these areas will be an advantage:

1. Sputter
2. Coater developer
3. Stepper
4. Stripping
5. Etching
6. Molding/underfill
7. COW/PnP
8. Electro Plater
9. Quality engineering

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Science and Engineering related majors.
2. Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in the above key areas.
3. Good communication in English and proficiency in MS Office.
4. Knowledge of Basic Statistics and DOE.
5. Strong desire to learn.
6. Ability to interface with colleagues and third parties.
7. Able to work in Batu Kawan site.
