Position Summary:

Initiates and leads process activities in NPI development engineering and/or sustaining engineering.

What You Will Do:

• Support all engineering activities assigned and tasked by the Engineering Manager(s).
• Develop process engineering specifications and criteria for NPI projects and/or ensure the process quality and stability of sustaining products.
• Evaluate process settings and process setups with new material or new equipment to ensure suitability and robustness for mass production.
• Sustain the process yields at and above the required targets.

What You Will Bring (REQUIRED Qualifications):

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Material, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
• Hands-on experience with backend processes (PnP, AVI, Die Attach, Oven Cure, Plasma Cure, UV Cure, TnR, etc.) is preferred.
