Job description

Responsibilities:

• To define the manufacturing process strategy
• To coordinate the process solution development / manufacturing and the implementation
• To supervise the ramp-up of the production lines until the efficiency targets are reached
• To develop a continuous improvement strategy
• To adapt the equipment in order to allow the production of new product references

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Process Engineering (Mechanic, Automation, Mechatronics) or equivalent.
• 8-10 years of experience in process implementation projects for the automotive industry (electronic product, ideally) in Eastern Europe and / or in Asia.

Required Skills:

• 2D-3D Mechanical CAD experience.
• Automotive Quality Core Tools knowledge (APQP, Control Plan, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)
• Strong technical project management.
• Lean manufacturing.
• Wide technical culture (electronic, PCBA, mechanic, ergonomic, automation…).
• Problem solving skills (Shainin, 6 Sigma …), structured and pragmatic
• Knowledge of plastic and hybrid (plastic/metal) assembly technologies.
• Ability to work independently.
• Customer and result orientated.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Teamwork ability with good communication skills in an international environment and culture.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.
• Fluency in English, Malay and Mandarin.
