Job description

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for guiding the personnel of this process to analyze and handle major abnormalities;
2. Responsible for the overall planning of process optimization and efficiency improvement;
3. Responsible for the improvement planning of product yield rate;
4. Assist in handling customer complaints;
5. Responsible for the preparation, review and issuance of on-site operation instructions, process documents and test orders;
6. Responsible for process training for personnel of other departments.

Job Requirements

• Degree or above
• Experience in on-site process improvement
• Be good at draw with auto-cad
• Proficient in the use of office software
• Good command of Malay, Mandarin and English.
• Have a deep understanding of on-site processes and practical operation capabilities, and be able to independently respond to various complex environmental changes;
• Have strong organizational coordination, analysis, observation and communication skills, and be able to make good use of professional knowledge and skills in project management and other aspects;
• Understand the current status of the industry, development trends and the latest process information;
• Proficient in statistics-related knowledge and data analysis techniques;
• Proficient in using common office software
• Familiar with lean production theory knowledge
• Understand Six Sigma theory knowledge
