Responsibilities:

1. Ensure engineering (automotive) requirements comply with IATF 16949 standards.
2. Prepare for the readiness of new product launches.
3. Monitor cost/budget utilization and project progress for new product launch projects.
4. Coordinate engineering change notices (ECN) from principals or initiated internally.
5. Ensure critical processes are properly documented and updated.
6. Lead process optimization of modular assembly.
7. Liaise with suppliers/vendors and other departments regarding projects, spare parts, or modifications.
8. Maintain and update tool inventory.
9. Plan and execute yearly preventive maintenance schedules.
10. Manage and control spare parts inventory.
11. Ensure safety precautions are followed and maintain good housekeeping.
12. Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors.
13. Implement company policies and procedures.
14. Comply with OSHA 1994 and EQA 1974 regulations regarding safety and environmental standards.
