Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous process improvement by identifying inefficiencies, implementing optimized workflows, and tracking key performance indicators to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Cost Reduction: Lead cost reduction initiatives by analyzing production expenses, optimizing material usage, and implementing strategies to minimize waste and improve overall cost efficiency.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow, inventory, and logistics, driving supply chain efficiency while identifying risks, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Ergonomic Analysis: Conduct ergonomic analysis to identify hazards, implement risk-reduction solutions, and promote safe work practices that enhance employee comfort and well-being.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations by maintaining certifications, identifying risks, and implementing procedures that promote a safe and high-quality work environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Solid foundation in electrical knowledge, especially in power distribution systems, electrical components, and wiring.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes and production techniques (e.g., assembly, testing, quality control).
  • Hands-on experience in process optimization, line balancing, or technical troubleshooting is a plus.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations for electrical products.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work across teams.
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced project environments.
