- Process Improvement: Drive continuous process improvement by identifying inefficiencies, implementing optimized workflows, and tracking key performance indicators to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
- Cost Reduction: Lead cost reduction initiatives by analyzing production expenses, optimizing material usage, and implementing strategies to minimize waste and improve overall cost efficiency.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow, inventory, and logistics, driving supply chain efficiency while identifying risks, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Ergonomic Analysis: Conduct ergonomic analysis to identify hazards, implement risk-reduction solutions, and promote safe work practices that enhance employee comfort and well-being.
- Quality and Safety: Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations by maintaining certifications, identifying risks, and implementing procedures that promote a safe and high-quality work environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid foundation in electrical knowledge, especially in power distribution systems, electrical components, and wiring.

- Hands-on experience in process optimization, line balancing, or technical troubleshooting is a plus.
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations for electrical products.
