Job description

Analyze, evaluate, and improve existing production processes and systems.

Develop and implement process enhancements to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency.

Monitor daily operations and troubleshoot issues related to processes and equipment.

Prepare process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.

Collaborate with R&D, quality, maintenance, and production teams on continuous improvement projects.

Support new product introductions by developing and validating new processes.

Ensure all processes comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

Maintain and analyze process data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Lead or support lean manufacturing and cost-saving initiatives.

New process documentation and revising preparation (SOP, PM1, PM2, PM3 etc)

Machine and spare parts inventory.

Data collection, interpretation and report writing (cpk, etc).

Budget responsibilities for maintenance and technical.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in process engineering, preferably in a [your industry] environment.

• Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel).

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in manufacturing.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
