Summary
In this role, you will be part of the “Process Digitalisation” service within “Data & Analytics”.
- Support the implementation of new automation processes, services, and systems to meet operational and regulatory requirements.
- Support the roll-ins of new countries/business units onto the investment applications/platform in terms of automation.
- Responsible for the handover of project changes to BAU-productive systems.
Key Tasks & Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Lead Developers to understand business requirements and design documentation for automation.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot automation processes.
- Develop strong, value-based relationships with teammates, clients, prospects, and partners.
- Analyze complex data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Understand business requirements and solution designs to implement automation tracks assigned by the lead developer.
- Develop and configure components to deliver full solutions for clients.
- Review and update functional and non-functional specifications for new processes and systems.
- Perform gap analysis and feasibility studies.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs with the team.
- Support test setup, preparation, and management.
- Conduct or support functional and user acceptance testing.
- Organize and provide user training.
Collaboration:
- Work with Investment Administration & Accounting (IAA) users, including SAP FSCM, BW, BI, Market Data solutions, Swift solutions & interfaces.
- Coordinate with IAA – Services (e.g., APME, Europe, North America), clients, business units, Group Investment Management, Group IT teams, and external suppliers like SAP.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or higher.
- 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform or Blue Prism RPA.
- Strong analytical and communication skills in English.
- Experience with Python, R, JavaScript, C-Sharp is preferred.
- Knowledge of banking or insurance industries is advantageous.
- Proven leadership and teamwork skills in multicultural environments.
Knowledge Areas:
- Finance and Investment instruments.
- Investment administration and accounting processes.
- Business analysis and testing skills.
- Knowledge of SAP-FSCM and SAP BW reporting is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps, Visio.
