Job summary

JCY Malaysia is seeking a QA/Cleanliness Auditor to perform production cleanliness audits and lead continuous improvement initiatives. You will plan sampling, troubleshoot contamination issues, and ensure buyoff on new fixtures and machinery within a cleanroom manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes persistence in follow-up, data-driven validation of improvements, and collaboration across manufacturing teams. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or related field.
• Knowledge in product contamination control.
• Fresh graduates / entry level applicants encouraged.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Perform cleanliness audit in production and follow up persistently till actions closure.
• Drive continuous process and product cleanliness improvement and validate effectiveness.
• Plan and prepare samples for cleanliness improvement activities.
• Troubleshoot on cleanliness issue.
• Perform cleanliness buyoff on new fixtures and machines.
• Review fixtures, machines / workbenches cleaning WI and buyoff the effectiveness.
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments and special projects as required from time to time.
