Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Nurse to provide full-time, one-on-one care for an elderly individual. This role involves daily health monitoring, assistance with personal care, medication management, and overall well-being support. The ideal candidate must be willing to be away from home most of the time to accompany the individual wherever needed and ensure a consistent standard of care. This is a highly mobile role, and the successful candidate will be required to spend the majority of their time abroad (across Asia and Europe) to accompany and care for the individual.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record vital signs; observe and report changes in health status
• Administer prescribed medications on schedule and manage refills
• Coordinate and accompany the patient to medical appointments when required
• Plan and assist with appropriate diet and meal routines in consultation with family/nutritionist
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and a comfortable living environment
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Maintain clear health records and communication with the family
• Travel with the patient as needed to ensure seamless care continuity
• Handle emergency health situations calmly and professionally

Requirements

• Certified Nurse with at least 8-10 years\' nursing experience
• Proven experience in elderly or geriatric care (private/home setting preferred)
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Physically fit and able to assist with lifting, mobility, and long hours
• Prefer candidates who are currently single or without significant personal commitments
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively and be based overseas for prolonged periods
• High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
• Strong communication skills; ability to work independently
• Fluency in Mandarin language; Hokkien dialect would be highly preferred. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
