Job description
  • Respond to all client inquiries, instructions and provide resolutions to issues and requests.
  • Handle the team's non-exhaustive administrative duties including scheduling appointments, correspondence, making travel arrangements, producing presentation materials, etc.
  • Assist in KYC checks and account openings during the onboarding/review process.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Management, other Relationship Manager's teams, Investment Management, Capital Market Desk, Back Office, etc.
  • Cross-sell Private Banking and other AmBank Group's products and services.
  • Handle the team's non-exhaustive transactional and relevant duties, such as execution of PCM/client's instructions, ensuring documentation completeness, etc.
  • Other ad-hoc assignments and tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Master's Degree in a related industry. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Capital Market Representative License (CMSRL) - Dealing in Securities, Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia (FIMM).
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in Financial Services/Investment.
  • Strong interest in servicing and relationship management of UHNW/HNW clients.
  • Inspired to ascend to the role of Private Client Manager via an accelerated path.
  • Good basic understanding of financial and investment products and services.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Committed to take ownership and uphold the highest professional work ethic.
