Job Description:

  1. Take ownership of customer issues in the PBC, from enquiries to complaints, and follow problems through to resolution.
  2. Maintain quality service by enforcing standards, analyzing and resolving service problems, and recommending system improvements.
  3. Engage customers proactively to build sustainable relationships and trust.
  4. Attend to walk-in PB customers promptly and accurately.
  5. Share information on campaigns or current promotions with customers and cross-sell products such as Credit Cards, SMF, etc.
  6. Refer sales to RMs for PB upgrades and investment products, ensuring compliance with NCNS policy (perform referrals only unless licensed with FIMM/IPPC/BANCA).
  7. Check documents/forms submitted by RMs to ensure risk and compliance requirements (AML, FATCA, CRS, FEAR, etc.) are met.
  8. Follow up with customers on sales confirmation and banking transactions.
  9. Maintain the Priority Banking Center (PBC), ensuring facilities, equipment, and stationery are adequately supplied.
  10. Develop and implement an efficient documentation and filing system to keep all important documents organized and up-to-date.
  11. Achieve personal and PBC team sales and service targets.

Job Requirements:

  1. Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Banking, Investment, Finance, or a related field from a recognized university or college.
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a financial institution.
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  4. Highly motivated and result-oriented.
  5. Proficient in MS Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  6. Open to Malaysian citizens only.
