About the role

We are seeking an experienced Printing Supervisor to join our team at JNW PACKAGING SDN BHD. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day printing operations at our facility in Port Klang, Selangor. As a key member of our Printing & Publishing Services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of our printed materials.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the work of printing machine operators and support staff to ensure timely and accurate production of printed materials
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of printing equipment to ensure optimal performance and productivity
• Implement quality control measures to monitor and maintain the quality of printed output
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to understand and meet their printing requirements
• Provide training and guidance to printing machine operators to improve their skills and efficiency
• Analyse production data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar printing supervisor role, preferably within the packaging or publishing industry
• Strong technical knowledge of printing equipment, processes, and quality control
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address production challenges
• Proficient in coordinating and leading a team of printing machine operators
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders
• Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
