Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a fabric printing design assistant to prepare and edit fabric printing designs using Adobe Photoshop, set up artwork to fabric sizes and printing specs, and check files before production.

You'll operate digital fabric printing software/equipment, monitor print quality, maintain design files, and support the supervisor with related duties.

Qualifications

Proficient in computer operation.
Familiar with Adobe Photoshop.
Experience with CorelDRAW, Illustrator or digital printing is an advantage
Experience in textile/fabric printing is preferred

Responsibilities

Prepare and edit fabric printing designs using Adobe Photoshop.
Set up artwork according to the required fabric size, layout, colour and printing specifications.
Prepare and check design files before production.
Operate computer and digital fabric printing software/equipment.
Assist in the fabric printing process and monitor print quality.
Check printed fabric to ensure the colour, design and print quality meet requirements.
Make adjustments to artwork or printing settings when necessary.
Maintain and organize design files and printing records.
Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
