Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a candidate to prepare and edit fabric printing designs using Adobe Photoshop, and to set up artwork according to fabric size, layout, colour, and printing specifications. You will also check design files before production and operate digital fabric printing software/equipment.

The role involves assisting in the printing process, monitoring print quality, and maintaining design files and records, with additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Proficient in computer operation.
• Familiar with Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience with CorelDRAW, Illustrator or digital printing is an advantage.
• Experience in textile/fabric printing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and edit fabric printing designs using Adobe Photoshop.
• Set up artwork according to the required fabric size, layout, colour and printing specifications.
• Prepare and check design files before production.
• Operate computer and digital fabric printing software/equipment.
• Assist in the fabric printing process and monitor print quality.
• Check printed fabric to ensure the colour, design and print quality meet requirements.
• Make adjustments to artwork or printing settings when necessary.
• Maintain and organize design files and printing records.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
