Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering (or related technical discipline) is required.
• Minimum 10 years hands-on test engineering in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing including both process and hardware domains is required.
• Experience in multinational semiconductor environments with cross-site teams and complex stakeholders is essential.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and communicate clearly with engineers, QA, and leadership.
• Proficient in data analysis and RCA methodologies (8D, FMEA, Fishbone, Fault Tree).
• Experience with AI/ML in manufacturing test is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive comprehensive test strategies and execution plans for high-volume semiconductor lines.
• Lead RCA investigations for complex test failures and yield excursions.
• Apply SPC, DOE, and multivariate methods to identify failure patterns and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with process, hardware, product engineering, and quality teams to integrate test requirements.
• Translate findings into actionable insights for engineers and senior leadership.
