Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years hands-on test engineering in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience in multinational semiconductor environments with global teams.
• Ability to influence without direct reporting authority.
• Strong analytical skills with RCA methodologies (8D, FMEA, Fishbone, Fault Tree).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Minitab, JMP, Python.
• Expertise in test automation and ATE platforms; excellent communication.
• Familiarity with ISO, IEC, RBA and BCMS compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive comprehensive test strategies across product lines.
• Lead RCA investigations for test failures and yield excursions.
• Apply SPC/DOE and multivariate analysis to identify failure patterns.
• Collaborate with process, hardware, product, and quality teams.
• Champion test methodology improvements and yield enhancement.
• Evaluate and optimize ATE platforms and tooling.
• Translate findings into clear reports for technical and leadership audiences.
• Identify knowledge gaps and mentor test engineers and technicians.
